To elect a Chair for the duration of the meeting.

Exclusion of the public from the meeting during consideration of agenda items 4 and 7 on the grounds that it involves the disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.

To consider the public and private minutes of the meeting held on 16 October 2025.

All Members are invited to declare at this point any interests that they have regarding

items appearing on the agenda, including the nature of those declarations.

Members of the public may ask questions or make statements at this meeting if they

have given notice and provided the text to Democratic Services daniel.harry@northyorks.gov.uk no later than midday on Tuesday 6 January 2026, three working days before the meeting takes place. Each speaker should limit themselves to three minutes on any item.
