An update on the Rural Health and Care Summit findings and next steps.

To present the Health Protection Assurance Group Annual Report.

To seek approval from Health and Wellbeing Board on the 2025/26 Better Care Fund Planning Requirement submission and of the Quarterly return for quarters 1, 2 and 3 for 2024/2025.

A verbal update and information on the Health and Wellbeing strategy update included within both the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) and West Yorkshire ICB Annual Reports for 2024/25.

Any other items which the Chair agrees should be considered as a matter of urgency because of special circumstances
