Report of the Corporate Director – Environment.

The Corporate Director – Environment sought the determination by the sub-committee of an application for a full variation of a premises licence by Punch Taverns Limited in respect of the Crown Inn, 8 Richmond Road, Brompton-on-Swale, Richmond, DL10 7HE. 

Options available to the sub-committee

1.     Grant the licence as applied for.

2.     To grant the licence and modify the conditions of the licence.

3.     To reject the application in whole or in part.

Decision

It was the decision of the Sub-Committee that the application be granted as applied for, subject to those conditions already agreed with North Yorkshire Police and Environmental Health.
