After consideration of a report of the
Corporate Director Health and Adult Services regarding a Public
Report from the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman in
respect of Adult Social Care, and the actions taken to address the
recommendations, and after consultation with Executive Members, the
Chief Executive Officer noted the findings and recommendations in
the Public Report and the actions taken.
