Following on from decision BES 21 19, by the
Executive Member for Access to recommend to the Corporate Director
Strategic Resources that funding be accepted for the roll-out of a
local full fibre network for public premises throughout North
Yorkshire and that as a consequence, the Corporate Director
Strategic Resources awards the contract to SDC for delivery of the
network, the Corporate Director Strategic Resources along with
NYnet has now awarded the contract to SDC.
