Tockwith with Wilstrop Parish Council submitted an application to
North Yorkshire Council to designate the Parish Council area as a
Neighbourhood Area. As per the regulations, the Council is required
to designate the neighbourhood area without consultation as it
relates to the whole of a single parish.
Whilst no decision is required of Executive Member or Officer, the
application to designate the area is being identified for entry on
the Forward Plan as there is more than one community/village within
the proposed (Parish Council) area. As such, it has been placed on
the forward plan for transparency and openness.
