Colburn has already been saturated by houses. The roads are not worthy, no dental, doctors, or hospital facilities. The land earmarked is Greenland which is a haven for wildlife already driven out of their homes with deer, badgers & foxes being the land users not to mention the bird of prey that regularly visit the site
