The purpose of our property strategy is to
guide the effective and efficient management of our portfolio of
assets to achieve our key objectives. The strategy will provide the
Council with a structured approach to respond to service needs and
priorities and will also form the basis on which the Councils team
of property professionals will manage and operate the portfolio
with support from key services in legal, procurement and
finance.
