NYC were approached by a registered provider looking to dispose of 12 self-contained flats in Malton.
Following discussion with Housing Needs, it is established the accommodation could be utilised to meet the needs of temporary accommodation.
Decision is sought to acquire and refurbish the 12 flats for immediate use as temporary accommodation.
