To obtain approval from the Executive to acquire properties on for use for affordable housing to take into the Housing Revenue Account.
The acquisition of these homes will increase the supply of social and affordable rented and shared ownership housing and will also form part of our aspiration to deliver 500 new Council homes over the next 5 years.
