This report seeks Executive approval to adopt an in-house management model for the operation of the Catterick Community and Enterprise (CCE) Building, to be delivered by North Yorkshire Council (NYC). The operation of the CCE Building will require an ongoing subsidy from NYC.
This approach will ensure enhanced governance, greater operational flexibility, and alignment with the Council’s wider regeneration and service delivery ambitions, supporting the long-term success of the facility.
