Consultation process
A public consultation will be undertaken on any proposed changes to the 2027/2028 Council Tax Reduction Scheme to ensure that residents, particularly those who may be affected by any proposals, have the opportunity to review and comment on the changes. The consultation will seek to gather views on the potential impact of the proposals and inform the decision-making process. In addition, key stakeholders and partner organisations, will be consulted to obtain specialist insight and feedback. The outcomes of the consultation exercise will be fully considered before any final recommendations are presented for approval.
