Approval for the publication and commencement
of use of the revised highway drainage and Commuted Sums Design
Guidance, from 1 April 2022 and a further report is provided on the
commuted sums chapter following a year of operation to ensure its
use has not resulted in unforeseen issues.
Reasons for the decision:
To ensure robust, consistent guidance is
applied to developers.
