Following an open competitive procurement
exercise, to award the contract for a legal case management system
for an initial two year period to Iken Business Limited. The system
will support in the provision of a wide range of legal services
provided by the Council.
Two optional 24 month extensions are available.
Upon the conclusion of the procurement
exercise, Iken Business Limited were the highest scoring compliant
tenderer across both quality and price and therefore represented
the most economically advantageous tender.
One other bid was received that was deemed
non-compliant and was subsequently rejected
