To seek approval to utilize the additional 12
month option to extend the contract.
To approve a request to extend the current
agreements in place for the High Needs Study Programme (HNSP) and
the Supported Internships Approved Preferred Provider List
(APL).
A 12 month extension is permitted by the
original contract however, in light of LGR potential impacts, the
service area and Procurement have requested an additional 12 months
to carry the contract through until July 2024.
The contract was originally in place for 4 years commencing 1
August 2019 to 31 July 2023 including a previous 12 month
extension. It is proposed toextend the contract term another 12
months making the life time of the contract five years.
