To seek approval from the Corporate Director of Strategic Resources for the procurement of Interactive Panels, including installation for Schools

The Authority approves the approach/process for NYES Digital to offer a service to schools to purchase interactive panels and projectors, including their installation via a framework for 3 years from 1st October 2022.

Using a framework gives schools access to a large number of suppliers allowing flexibility and best value each time. The provider and NYES can manage the procurement process on behalf of the schools

1) One option considered was to remain with the existing framework but this is expiring and not being replaced.
2) An alternative framework was considered but it is a lot more of an admin burden for the NYES Digital team and was therefore rejected.
