To undertake a procurement exercise for
refurbishment works at Atmosphere, Pickering.
This scheme will refurbish existing
accommodation to provide a local delivery space for early help and
adult learning provision. The procurement exercise is programmed to
commence in April 2021 utilising the YORbuild framework. The scheme
is programmed to commence on site on Summer 2021 and is due to
complete August 2021.
