land to the east of the A167 Darlington Road,
Northallerton.
Reasons for the decision:
The scheme forms part of the Children and
Young People’s Service Basic Need (BN) programme. The
proposed school construction will deliver teaching accommodation in
a 1 Storey block for 210 pupils. The procurement process is
programmed to begin in November 2022. The work is programmed to
commence on site in June 2023, with completion in June 2024, in
readiness for a September 2024 opening.
