To agree the local eligibility framework and approach for Household Support Fund (phase 3 – October 2022 to March 2023)
To agree the North Yorkshire eligibility framework and approach to the deployment of a third Household Support Fund (HSF) phase 3 allocation (October 2022 – March 2023) in order to provide support to households in most need of support to help with significantly rising living costs over the winter period.
The Council needs a North Yorkshire eligibility framework to be able to access and distribute £3.5m of Household Support Fund funding from the Department of Work and Pensions to households in most need of support in the county.
