of CYPS for the procurement of Young Peoples Pathway
That the Authority carry out an Open
Procurement process under the Light-Touch Regime for the
re-tendering of Young Peoples Pathway.
The estimated contract value will be in the
region of £3,721,276.99 over the proposed contract term,
should all extensions be utilised.
The current contracts for Pathway 1 and 2 were procured and
implemented for 01 October 2016 for a period of five years until 30
September 2021. The contract was subsequently extended for a
further one x two years and will expire 30 September 2023.
Following a discussion with Legal Services there is no option to
further extend.
This procurement is a re-procurement of current provision of the
Young Peoples Pathway 1 & 2 but will not account for the
Pathway 2 Emergency and Extended Supported Lodgings.
