Consultancy Services Contract to Align Property Partners a wholly
owned Teckal Company of NYCC
Decision:
To enter into a new Multi-Disciplinary
Consultancy Services Contract with a wholly owned Teckal Company of
North Yorkshire Council effective from 1st April 2023.
Reasons for the decision:
The Council currently has a consultancy
service for property projects and estate services via a contract
with its wholly owned company established on the 1st November 2016.
The current contract uses the NEC3 Professional Services Contract
and runs until 31st March 2023, with option to extend clauses
within the contract. The Council’s Property Services are
proposing to enter into a new JCT contract to commence on the 1st
April 2023.
