Porter Ltd at a value of £7,062,915.25 for construction of
new primary school for North Northallerton on land to the east of
the A167 Darlington Road, Northallerton.
The competitive procurement exercise was
undertaken during November 2022 and January 2023 utilising the
YORbuild framework. The scheme is programmed to commence on site in
June 2023 and is due to complete in May 2024.
