The Corporate Director - Strategic Resources
in consultation with the Deputy Leader, the Monitoring Officer and
the Section 151 Officers of the District Councils has approved the
specific consents attached in Appendix 1 to the report.
A new community centre at Staynor Hall has
been provided by Persimmon Homes under a s106 agreement on the
development. SDC's Executive have resolved to enter into a 30 year
full repairing lease on the building to a community group that has
been established.
The Corporate Director - Strategic Resources
can choose to grant the specific consents or refuse them. The
appropriate review and consultation process has been undertaken and
therefore to enable continued operation of the District Council, it
has been agreed to grant this consent.
