Service between The North Yorkshire Council and Keyring Living
Support Networks, commenced on 1st April 2019 (Year 1) and the
contract will expire on 31st March 2024 (Year 5).
A variation to this contract has been agreed. The variation details
a backdated fee uplift of 3% from Year 2 and 3, and 3.10% in Year 4
and Year 5 of the contract
The supplier is considered to be meeting
defined criteria set out in the Contract.
The supplier is happy to continue the provision in accordance with
this Contract.
