Decision:

The following decision has been taken by the Director of Public Health in consultation with the Corporate Director Children and Young Peoples Services and the Corporate Director Health and Adult Services.

The 0-19 Healthy Child Programme S75 Partnership between North Yorkshire Council and Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust (S75 Agreement), commenced on 1st July 2021 for a maximum of 9 years and 9 months.

Initial Term: 1 July 2021 to 31 March 2024 (2 years, 9 months)
Extension 1: 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2027 (3 years)
Extension 2: 1 April 27 to 31 March 2029 (2 years)
Extension 3: 1 April 29 to 31 March 2031 (2 years)

The initial term expires 31 March 2024. The decision has been taken to extend the S75 Partnership Agreement for the first extension period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2027.

Reasons for the decision:

Both partners are considered to be meeting the requirements set out in the S75 Partnership Agreement.

The extension options are clearly documented in the S75 agreement and the partners are happy to continue the provision in accordance with this contract.
