The purpose of this report is to seek approval
from the Director of Resources to procure a contract which
incorporates a new provision of a digitalised care records system
and an e scheduling system. The contract will supply our health and
social care field workers to move away from the current paper
system used and increase productivity.
The decision has been taken to procure a
digital care record and e scheduling system to limit the amount
paper based operations within our care provider services
teams.
The reason for the decision was to improve our
social care offering and to reduce the amount of paper methods
within the services.
To not procure a new system and to contain to
work manually, recording data within files.
