Reasons for the decision:
The evidence demonstrates that the nomination
for the Grassland on Guisborough Road, Great Ayton does not meet
the definition of community value as it has no current or recent
community use as detailed in the Localism Act 2011.
Alternative options considered:
None. Not to consider the nomination for the
Grassland on Guisborough Road, Great Ayton would not fulfil the
Council’s responsibilities required by the Localism Act 2011
and The Assets of Community Value (England) Regulations
