To seek approval for submission of a bid to
the DfT Zero Emission Bus Regional Area (ZEBRA 2) fund. The scheme
provides funding for bus companies to deliver electric buses and
charging infrastructure.
To make a submission to the Department for
Transport ZEBRA 2 Funding Scheme,
Submitting a bid to the ZEBRA2 scheme would
give an opportunity to improve bus services in Scarborough as a
successful bid would help fund new zero emission buses to lower
carbon based emissions and encourage more people to use public
transport
