Phoenix Software Limited were the most
economically advantageous tender scoring highest overall in the
further competition across the procurement evaluation
criteria.
The service cannot be provided in-house.
The remaining suppliers who tendered for the opportunity were not
considered as they scored lower than the successful supplier.
