The Council currently has a consultancy service for property
projects and estate services via a contract with Align Property
Partners, a wholly owned company established on the 1st November
2016. The current contract uses the NEC3 Professional Services
Contract and runs until 31st October 2020, with an option to extend
for a further 5 years. The Council’s Property Services are
proposing to extend the current contract for up to a 12-month
period.
