That David Bowe, Corporate Director Business
and Environmental Services, is to be removed as a director of
S.J.B. Recycling Limited with effect from 30th October 2020
following his retirement and his successor, Karl Battersby, be
appointed as a director of S.J.B. Recycling Limited with effect
from 2nd November 2020.

Environmental Services, is retiring it is necessary to replace him
with a suitable alternative director. Karl Battersby is joining the

Services with effect from 2nd November 2020. It is usual for the
Corporate Director Business and Environmental Services to be a
director of this company.
