To discontinue the procurement procedure for provision of a Youth Justice Case Management and Reporting Solution.

The Council has reviewed the specification and has identified that there are requirements missing from the specification which are essential in order to meet the needs of the Council.

For the purposes of this decision note ‘discontinuing’ the procurement is legally entitled ‘abandonment of a procurement’ and is considered to be one and the same.

Continue with the procurement procedure but risk that the contract does not meet the needs of the Council. For this reason continuing with the procurement was not considered viable as it is essential that the contract meets the Council’s requirements.
