To accept the recommendation by Councillor Philip Broadbank to award £750 of his Locality Budgets funding to fund the replacement of some Christmas street lights on Starbeck High Street with Starbeck Christmas Lights Appeal.
Cllr Broadbank is President of the Starbeck Christmas Lights Appeal and helps to fund, through his Councillors allowance some events held during the year.
The funding will support this specific project recommended by Councillor Broadbank which directly promotes the social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities within the Division he represents.
