To undertake a procurement procedure with a value of £215,000 to seek tenders for the delivery of Green Construction Skills project as part of the People and Skills strand of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in North Yorkshire.
To enable delivery of the People and Skills theme of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in North Yorkshire. This procurement will allow for a service contract to be awarded for the delivery of this strand of the programme which is part of the UKSPF Investment Plan approved by the Council’s Executive in October 2022 and agreed by the Department of Levelling Up Housing and Communities in December 2022.
This work is funded 100% by central Government. Options would include not undertaking this work or delivering it by other mechanisms such as in house delivery.
