Reasons for the decision:

There is sufficient evidence to demonstrate that the nomination for Leyburn Community Leisure Club meets the definition of community value as detailed in the Localism Act 2011. The Club has operated squash courts and other leisure facilities in a purpose built premises since 1978.

None. Not to consider the nomination for Leyburn Community Leisure Club would not fulfil the Council’s responsibilities required by the Localism Act 2011 and The Assets of Community Value (England) Regulations 2012
