change capital funding carried over from Selby District Council is
approved.
The programme of works will deliver the local
priorities for NYC climate change activity.
The Selby District Council Climate Action had
a range of projects which could be funded. Some of these have been
superseded by the current NYC climate activity. The proposed
programme is therefore geographically opportune to deliver both the
SDC Action Plan and the NYC Climate Strategy whilst delivering
other co benefits.
