embargo restrictions are lifted.
To enable delivery of a project to pilot
innovative delivery methods for home energy efficiency advice, to
support the implementation of the draft North Yorkshire Council
Climate Change Strategy and to respond to the declared climate
emergency.
A process of co design with public, private
and voluntary sector partners was undertaken to develop the most
appropriate project design.
