The purpose of this report is to seek approval from the Assistant Director of Technology to reprocure the Corporate Mobile Phones contract for employees of the council. This procurement exercise will involve merging the contracts that were previously set up by each of the district/borough councils into one single contract.

To undertake a procurement to award a contract for provision of Corporate Mobile phones including Mobile, Voice and Data Services.

There are currently a number of existing contracts in place across the county based on the previous council footprints. All of these contracts will have expired by November 2024. A procurement is being run to award a single contract that will include all current mobile phone connections across the current NYC boundary.
