The current Mobile library is approaching end of life. A grant bid was successful in March 2024 and the grant of £150,000 awarded. A procurement exercise was undertaken and the Corporate Director of Community Development now approves to award the contract to successful tenderer.
The procurement exercise has been completed under the YPO framework. Only one company submitted a bid. Their submission was scored according to NY procurement procedures, met the requirement of the service and was within budget. As there was only one bidder we are now in a position to award the contract.
