To accept the recommendation by Councillor Janet Jefferson to award £810 of her Locality Budgets funding to fund the marshals at the annual Raft Race within Scarborough Harbour on Boxing Day 2024 with Scarborough Sub Aqua Club 83.
Cllr Jefferson is the councillor for Castle Division and has participated in the annual Boxing Day events for many years.
