Reasons for the decision:

The proposed parking and waiting restrictions on Hookstone Park, Harrogate will regulate parking on the highway and will enable vehicles to access off-street parking areas in the redeveloped units.

Alternative options considered:

No alternative options will enable access to the redeveloped units off-street parking provision. It is considered that the proposed restrictions align with development work carried out in line with existing planning permissions and cover the frontages of units with dropped crossings enabling vehicles to access off-street parking.
