Approval of the Ripon Local Cycling, Walking, Accessibility Infrastructure Plan (LCWAIP) and the Catterick Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) subject to no objections from Local Members.


Reasons for the decision:

The recommendations are made so that the plans become part of the Council’s portfolio of priority schemes to recommend should funding opportunities become available from various sources.

Alternative options considered:

Officers considered using in house expertise however decided to use the expertise of consultants for consistency with other LCWIPs.
