(a) The sections of the original listing that were not part of the relevant disposal, as shown on Plan 3 at APPENDIX A SITE PLANS, should be removed from the Register of Assets of Community Value.

The evidence demonstrates that the sections of the original listing (HBCACV33) that were not part of the relevant disposal, pursuant to Regulation 3 and Schedule 1 to the Asset of Community Value Regulations 2012, should be removed from the register of Assets of Community Value.

None. Not to keep the List of assets of Community Value under review and remove assets as soon as practicable would not fulfil the council’s responsibilities required by the Localism Act 2011.
