To update the Local Management of Schools (LMS) Procurement And Contract Procedure Rules to reflect the new Procurement Act 2023.
The Corporate Director – Children and Young People’s Service in conjunction with the Executive Member for Education Learning and Skills has approved the change to North Yorkshire Council’s Local Management of Schools (LMS) Procurement and Contract Procedure Rules.
The Procurement Act 2023 (PA2023) comes into force on 24th February 2025 and therefore the LMS Procurement and Contract Procedure Rules will need to align with the new legislative requirements
