The purpose of this report is to gain approval
to purchase 12 affordable homes to be utilised as social rented
accommodation. The homes will be purchased from Skipton Properties,
the developer of the scheme and will be delivered in phases between
March 2026 and December 2026.
Approval has been granted to acquire 12 new
build homes for social rent at Airedale Avenue, Skipton to be taken
into the Housing Revenue account upon completion

social rent, which will be let to local households in housing
