Amendment to the Assistant Chief Executive – Local Engagement’s scheme of sub-delegation, as follows:

• Contracts Grants and Tenders – Gateway approval – ‘Further sub-delegations’ have been deleted, as only Assistant Directors can be sub-delegated

To update the Assistant Chief Executive – Local Engagement’s scheme of sub-delegation.

There is no practical alternative. It would not be practical to not make any sub-delegations to other officers.

It is a matter of good governance to periodically review the scheme of Assistant Chief Executive Local Engagement’s sub-delegations.
