The Housing Service wish to create a
procurement strategy for awarding contracts for works and services

To ensure the Housing Services are compliant
with the procurement of works and services, and its Regulatory and
Legal responsibilities.
To not procure a contract, this was rejected
as it would make the Service non-compliant with Procurement Rules
and its Regulatory and Legal responsibilities.
