Decision:

Acceptance of an additional £45,000 grant from the Department for Transport (DfT) for 2018/19, to provide an additional 1100 Level 1/2 Bikeability training places and to approve the additional top up funding required.

On 23 March 2018, acceptance of the annual DfT Bikeability grant of £119,640 was approved to provide 2991 training places this year. The Council was then invited to apply for an additional grant of £45,000 in July 2018.

To provide an additional 1100 free places for children in North Yorkshire. This required additional council funding of £18,834 to be met within the existing allocations.
