waiting restrictions for a distance of approx 10m into The
Nurseries from the junction with Brentwood (identified as Option A
in the report and Appendix A).

Following consultation, consideration was
given to the responses and the officer comments in relation to the
two options contained within the consultation documents. The number
of responses in favour of each option and the number of
alternatives put forward for Option B meant that no satisfactory
amendment could be achieved to address those comments
received.
