To allow a Fast Track Grant to include a wash dry WC to simplify the grant process and installation for the client.

The existing Housing Assistance and Disabled Facilities Grant Policy is for a fast track grant to include a stairlift, ramp and wet floor shower. In this case a wash dry toilet is also required and therefore both a fast track and mandatory grant would be needed. In this case the client would have no contribution to the mandatory grant, and the same contractor is to undertake the shower and specialist toilet.

To run 2 grants side by side, which is not good practice, or complete one grant and then commence another which, in this case, is not appropriate.
